About Us

History

The Good Samaritan Family Health Center (GSFHC) was established in 2018 in Vincennes, Indiana.  Through the support of our community partners, the health center was established to provide the community with affordable primary health care.  An ongoing relationship with our community partners will allow the health center to expand services and improve the overall health of the communities we serve.

Mission

Good Samaritan Family Health Center will promote a healthy community by providing accessible, respectful, and collaborative primary health care to all regardless of ability to pay.


Vision

Good Samaritan Family Health Center will build relationships and collaborations with community partners to deliver primary health care and improve the overall personal health and well-being for all residents of Knox and surrounding counties.

Leadership and Governing Board

Good Samaritan Family Health Center has a governing board of active community members with an interest in providing affordable healthcare.  The governing board is active in the development of the health center policies.  These individuals are committed to the mission and vision of the health center.
